Opening Day Talk: Anne Patterson and Patrick Harlin

Join multidisciplinary artist Anne Patterson and composer Patrick Harlin, who have collaborated on “The Truth of the Night Sky” an awe-inspiring immersive installation at Sarasota Art Museum. The two met and began collaborating in 2014 while in residence at the Hermitage Artist Retreat on Manasota Key, Florida. Patterson and Harlin will share insights into the process of creating this highly anticipated multisensory installation and collaboration and delve into the inspirations and themes behind the exhibition and Harlin’s “Earthrise” composition.
