Tortellino Bistrot is owned by Leonardo Pierucci and his wife Merci. Leonardo is an Italian chef from the Bologna region, and he has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Merci is a Brazilian-American who has a passion for Italian food and culture. The couple opened Tortellino Bistrot in 2020, and they have quickly earned a reputation for their authentic Italian cuisine and warm hospitality.

Who are the owners of Tortellino Bistrot?

Leonardo Pierucci is a native of Bologna, Italy. He grew up learning to cook from his mother and grandmother, and he has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager. Leonardo has a deep understanding of Italian cuisine, and he is passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Merci Pierucci was born in Brazil, but she grew up in the United States. She has a passion for Italian food and culture, and she loves to share her love of Italy with her guests. Merci is responsible for the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Tortellino Bistrot.
