Selby partnered once again with Affairs in the Air to create a signature light show for its companion 30-acre Historic Spanish campus. The lighting team designed many whimsical halloween-themed displays. There is no other Halloween light show of this kind in the region and includes traditional, wholesome Halloween activities like trick-or-treating, arts and crafts, fun and educational activities, as well as more frightening (but not too scary) options for older children including an inflatable corn maze and storytelling. This event is free for Selby Gardens’ Members and included with General Admission. The event has two entry times nightly: 6:30 and 7:45 p.m.
Here’s what to expect: visitors can follow an eerily lit path and encounter fantastic creations and botanically-themed decorations along the way. The show is equal parts creepy, campy, and cute, and is fun for all ages. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and purchasing tickets in advance is strongly encouraged to secure the dates and times of your choice. The ticket prices are $30 for adults ($20 for Selby Gardens members), $15 for ages 5-17, and free for children 4 and under. Early entry to Lights at Spooky Point is at 6:30 p.m. and general entry begins at 7:45 p.m. The last entry into Lights at Spooky Point is at 8:30 p.m. and the campus closes at 9 p.m. Guests with younger children or mobility challenges may prefer earlier entry. Please note that any guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
