Jazzercise

Join us the last Saturday of the month at 4:00 pm under the Pavilion at Waterside for muscle sculpting & mood boosting stretching all set to the best music. Not sure what Jazzercise is? We offer many class formats and we’re bringing our sculpt & stretch series to Waterside, followed by time to hang out and meet some new friends! We’ll build lean muscle in the strength training portion with routines that sculpt and tone every muscle in your body. And then we’ll Increase flexibility and relieve soreness in the dance-based restorative stretching section of class. Nothing needed other than some water! Any questions, let us know!
