This is the perfect start to the weekend: Grab your brunch squad and yoga mat for a
45-minute approachable yoga class followed by a petit brunch in Cedar Room.
Class Style: 45-minute slow yoga flow- All levels welcome.
Please bring your own mat and water.
Petit Brunch: A selection of fresh juices, MIMOSAS (of course), coffee, mini quiches, petit fours & fresh fruit. “Namastay” for a while and relax or grab & go!
Cost: $25 for class and mini brunch afterward
Class Time: 9:30am-10:15am
Brunch Time: 10:15- 11am after class
Class taught by: Karissa Karma Yoga
Registration encouraged. Walk-ins (Cash at the door)
