Direct from Windsor Castle where they work and live, The Queen’s Six is an extraordinary vocal sextet drawn from the lay clerks of St. George’s Chapel. In addition to their royal duties, members of the Queen’s Six perform in concert, bringing their glorious voices to centuries of music. Recently featured on “CBS Sunday Morning,” their programs include austere early chant, florid Renaissance polyphony, bawdy madrigals, haunting folk songs, and upbeat jazz and pop arrangements. This program will also include seasonal favorites in the incomparable British tradition.
