ABOUT STEVE…
In the last 20 years, Steve has played over 5000 gigs. When you ask him how he’s lasted so long, he’ll give you one big reason. “I realized early on that it’s not about me… it’s about playing what the audience wants to hear.”

He loves giving ’em what they want so that they can have fun.

” If the audience is in the mood to chat with each other, I’ll play some laid back, softer stuff so that they can chat. Or if they’re in the mood to really listen, dance or cut up and I’ll deliver that too. It’s all about reading the crowd and giving them what they want so they have a great time. ”

Sometimes someone in the crowd will make a request, other times Steve just scans the audience and seems to be able to pinpoint the right song at the right time. And with a repertoire of over 1000 songs, he can pretty much handle any audience.

But his favorite is taking requests.
