Senior Trip Friday: Peace River Botanical & Sculpture Gardens

Charlotte County Community Services, in cooperation with Charlotte County Transit Services, is offering a convenient low-budget opportunity this summer for senior citizens to get together and Explore Charlotte County attractions.

To register, call 941.627.1074. The different activities have associated costs. Free transportation is provided through Charlotte County Transit Service vans. A minimum of five participants are
needed to avoid cancellation and a maximum of 10 participants are allowed per van.

Participants will walk and view sculptures by internationally renowned artists which are spread throughout
30 acres of beautiful and diverse ecosystems including marshlands, wetlands, mangroves, uplands, and a tidal basin.
