Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce's Evening Out at the Orchestra

This highly anticipated event is in partnership with the Sarasota and the Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce. The Sphinx is a professional, self-conducted ensemble of 18 classical musicians, allaccomplished Black and Latinx artists. The Sphinx Organization is a nationally recognized non-profit dedicated to transforming lives and raising awareness through the power of diversity in the arts. “Songs For Our Times” recognizes the poignant divisions among our communities. The program will celebrate living creative voices by composers of color, while paying tribute to the classical tradition through today’s lens. The concert will be followed by a Q&A segment with members of the Sphinx Ensemble. Manasota Black Chamber of Commerce members are invited to take advantage of a special $9 ticket offer.
