Knock Out Marketing & PR and Grove restaurant have partnered to bring you an extraordinary stand-up clean comedy* event on Saturday, October 15, 2022 starring 3 hilarious, headliner comedians and an emcee.

We hope you’ll join us to sit back and laugh with your friends!

Start Time
Doors open 45 minutes prior to event start time. We encourage you to come early, visit with your friends, purchase beverages and relax.

Attire
Formal casual. (No beach attire, please)
Food and Drinks

• 3 cash bars and beverage servers available throughout the show. No drink minimum. Cash & credit cards accepted.

• There will be no food service at the event.

• Your ticket includes a 10% off voucher for Grove restaurant. A confirmation will be automatically emailed to you after you purchase event tickets. This email serves as your voucher.

• Grove restaurant reservations are strongly recommended the night of this event.

Show Flow
• Once the event doors close, we ask that you please remain seated through the show.

• Continual show time is approximately 90 minutes. No intermission.

• Bar service provided throughout the show. Please tip your servers.

• Seating: 3-foot round cocktail tables, each table seats 4 guests. Seats will be placed in a crescent pattern for optimal viewing.

Safety
• Room and tables will be sanitized prior to and in between each show.

• Facial masks are not mandatory, however, should you choose, you can wear a mask.

• You are permitted to take photos/videos before and after the event itself. However, no photos, video or audio recordings will be permitted during the show itself. This is for the safety of all.

Photos/Video/Audio Permission and Tickets

• By purchasing a ticket, you are simultaneously providing authorization for photos, video and audio to be recorded of you and your guests at the event. These photos may be used for promotional purposes and at the discretion of Knock Out Marketing, LLC and Grove restaurant.

• Tickets are are non-refundable. Should something arise that prohibits you from attending, please feel free to give your tickets to a friend under the ticket holder’s name.

About The Comedians

Goldiee
Justin “Goldiee” Goldsmith is one of the hottest comedians sweeping Florida and the nation with his down-home humor and sharp wit on every day life!
As a talented comedian who appeals to a wide array of audeinces, Goldiee has perfomed at numerous festivals, performing arts theaters and universities throughout the the USA, like: Black heritage festivals, The Palladium Theatre, McGlohon Theatre, Bethune-Cookman College and more. Goldiee has also frequently performed at various Improv and Bonkers Comedy Clubs throughout the Southeast, where he has not only hosted many shows, but also opened for nationally touring comedians: Guy Torry, Marvin Dixon, Lavell Crawford, Damien William, Michael Blackson, Godfrey, Gary Owens, Earthquake, Rickey Smiley and more. Goldiee is currently part of the Soulfunny Comedy Tour.

Goldiee undertands the need for laughter in all facets of the community and that comedy transcends outside comedy clubs. Through his mix of sharp, unique comedic style, Goldiee exhibits and overwhelming enthusiasm as a performer and is one of the sought-after comedians in the country today. Building his act with a mixture of insightful and simple old-school improvisation, Goldiee continues to bring tears of laughter by touching on childhood memories and family life that rings true to everyone!

Sheila Kay
Sheila Kay is originally from Detroit, Michigan, married, and now a joisey gal!
She started out in show biz at the age of 3 by going to tables in restaurants and engaging people in conversation while they ate their dinner. It was charming until she started eating off their plates! Her mom, who was her first agent, would then drag Sheila back to her own table.

At 6, her parents acquiesced to her talent and gave her enough dance lessons to be the next Sammy Davis Jr.. She took tap, ballet, modern jazz, singing, clarinet, you name it, she did it. In high school, it was drama classes. After school, the theater. Through marriage, and after many years of working at a veterinary hospital and a law office and raising her daughter, she finally found show biz and became a stand-up comic. A friend of Sheila’s told her about a comedy club in Detroit and she worked on her “schtick” until she earned a spot on that stage… and that was just the beginning. She made people laugh with her hilarious stories about life in general.

In fact, she was so sucessful that she was nominated for the 11th & 13th Annual American Comedy Awards. Since then, she has worked in radio, television, movies, and theater and will continue to do so for as long as her audiences will have her.

Sheila has worked in dozens comedy clubs all across the USA, was nominated twice for funniest woman by the American Comedy Awards and has been working cruise ships for the last 10 years.

Phil Palisoul
Phil Palisoul has been a Professional Comedian™ for more than 25 years. In that time, he’s performed all over the world – from Hong Kong, China to Juno, Alaska. Phil is proud to have gone to Afghanistan to perform for the troops with Comics on Duty and not so proud that he once headlined the Marie Callender’s in Valencia for $100 and a pie. He’s worked with and won the respect of some of the biggest names in comedy, including Jerry Seinfeld, Drew Carey and George Lopez. His list of corporate clients is long and illustrious and peppered with names like GMC, Coca-Cola, and IBM.

Having made dozens of TV appearances, including The Tonight Show, The Late Late Show, two seasons of Last Comic Standing and many more, Phil is no stranger to comedy for the camera. But it was his experience in TV writing & producing that convinced him he would need more than just a mic & a stool to better engage on the screen. So, he’s including funny visual elements created just for his virtual show.
Phil loves to perform live and will do so under safe & sensible circumstances. He has been featured twice at the prestigious, Just for Laughs Comedy Festival, and took first place at The Great American Comedy Festival, in Johnny Carson’s hometown of Norfolk, Nebraska.

Alongside his successful standup career, Phil enjoyed a decade as a TV writer & producer, working for every major network, as well as Comedy Central.

Phil divides his time between traveling a lot, staying home in Denver, CO as much as he can and playing with his cats, Caboodle & Darla and his wife, fellow comedian, Nora Lynch.
