Join Kerri Leete and Regina Klein (of Adeline’s Mystic Earth) at Bhavana Yoga Studio for a transformative 2-hour journey into the depths of self-discovery healing through shadow work.
As the veil thins between worlds in October, we enter a period primed for delving into your whole self embracing your shadow. In this unique nurturing workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to explore hidden facets of your psyche, shedding light on those aspects of yourself that are often left in the shadows.
Join us as we guide you through a restorative yin practice, guided meditation, seated body crystal gridding with journaling an immersive healing sound bath.
Included with the workshop is special herbal tea we’ll enjoy together at the start of the workshop to create a sense of community relaxation a handmade journal that includes prompts open space to write your thoughts.

WHAT IS SHADOW WORK?
Shadow work looks at the parts of you (the “shadow or shadow self”) that remain hidden due to trauma, shame, or because those traits or behaviors are considered to be negative or unacceptable to yourself or society. The repression of the shadow does not allow one to embrace the whole self. Shadow work puts us in touch with the shadow, gaining understanding and compassion and looking at what positives can be gained from the shadow to allow for healing and growth.

Kerri is an E-RYT 500HR yoga instructor. She embraces both the sacred sanctuary of a yoga practice the self-empowerment of yoga’s mind body connection. Her classes focus on energetic connection, breath, align with the lunar cycle. Kerri’s unconventional spirited classes prove to be exhilarating for all levels. As a Master Crystal Specialists Certified Crystal Healer, she helps guide others through their crystal journey. She is also an artist creator of one of a kind handmade journals, including junk journals, using upcycled materials to support a reflective healing process of the user/writer.
