In a rare appearance together, the artistic directors of Sarasota’s four professional theater companies will participate in a panel discussion: Michael Donald Edwards, producing artistic director of Asolo Repertory Theatre; Richard Hopkins, producing artistic director/CEO of Florida Studio Theatre; Nate Jacobs, founder/artistic director of Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe; and Brendan Ragan, founder/artistic director of Urbanite Theatre. Moderating the panel will be Jay Handelman, arts editor and long-time theatre critic for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
