Fabulous Art Foundation adopted the Fabulous Independent Film Festival in 2016. Sarasota’s only LGBTQ+ film fest organized by and for LGBTQ+ folk.
Are you ready for all the best in LGBTQ+ cinema? We will be doing several outdoor series throughout Sarasota, Manatee, and St. Pete.
OUTspoken II Sept. 23 at 7 p.m., an event celebrating spoken word and featuring an art exhibition.
The gathering will be held at 1421 Boulevard of the Arts and feature Sarasota’s Gabrielle Keusch, South Florida’s Jordan Beutel, and St. Petersburg’s Immani Love. DJ Daliganj will also feature.
Special films selection will be in-person and special screenings on the lawn and at Burns Court Cinema.
Join us for sunset and explore LGBTQ cinema on The Bay at New College at 7:30 pm on the 30th of September. Bring your own blanket or chairs. Food and drink vendor on site.
On October 2, you don’t want to miss these. We will feature “No Straight Lines. The Rise of Queer Comics” with a short film called Uncovered: All Cunts Are Beautiful.
