If you appreciate innovative, creative and soothing Chamber Music, you’ll want to attend this concert on Sunday, March 17. Duo Klavitarre will perform at Gran Paradise Club House in Venice and will perform their music which includes works of Chopin, Bach, Mozart, Piazzolla ad Tansma, and many other notable musical artists. The couple performing is doing one of several fundraisers in the US, including in Venice, Florida.
Duo Klavitarre is a musical duo from Poland (now living in Bremen, Germany), consisting of Maciej Ziemski on guitar and Jolanta Ziemska on piano. They have been performing together for over fifteen years, showcasing a repertoire that includes Baroque, Classic, Romantic, and Modern compositions. Duo Klavitarre’s performances offer a unique musical experience blending piano and guitar in innovative arrangements. Both artists graduated with honors from the Music Academy in Łódź, Poland. They have performed in various countries worldwide. Additionally, they have been involved in organizing international guitar festivals and are the directors of a private music school in Bremen, Germany.
Currently, Duo Klavitarre is involved in funding the International Guitar Festival in Bremen, Germany, where they are the organizers. Additionally, they are the directors and founders of a private music school called “ConTakte” in Bremen that mentors children. The couple hope to connect their foundation with Sarasota-based music organizations who might want to host their program.
